Handwritten Notes. For Windows XP/2000 users the bundled Free Notes and OfficeInk applications allow for inserting handwritten notes into any document which allows image insertion. For example, use the iMMPad with OfficeInk to sign your name to document, or use to insert a hand drawn image into a document. Free Notes is a simple app for making and saving handwritten notes on your computer.
Tablet PC Features. For Windows Vista users the iMMPad unlocks the built in features of Windows Vista’s Tablet PC functionality. Vista’s advanced handwriting recognition (convert handwriting to typed text) service works seamlessly with any application where text input is required. Simply use the Tablet PC Input Panel to handwrite your text, click insert, and the text is converted to ‘typed text’ and inserted into the active application.
