What is covered under this two year extended warranty?

All parts and labor are covered for two years from date of original purchase.

 

How does the program work?

If a problem arises with your autoprinter during the warranty period and we are not able to resolve the problem over the phone then you will need ship the unit to our factory for repair.  We will repair your autoprinter at no charge and return the autoprinter to you in good working condition.  

 

Who pays shipping costs?

You are responsible for shipping your autoprinter to us in original packaging.  If you do not have original packaging contact us for information on how to ship the product.  We will pay to ship your autoprinter back to you after it has been repaired.  We will ship the unit by UPS Ground.  You may request expedited shipping at your expense.

 

What is the benefit over the standard warranty?

You receive an addition 12 months of parts and labor warranty coverage.
