What is Covered?

Your entire StudioJet 50™ printer is covered for one full year by our Rapid Replacement program.  Ink cartridges are not covered.

 

How does the program work?

If you’re experiencing problems we will attempt to resolve the problem with you over the phone, but if that doesn’t work then we will issue a UPS Ground Call Tag for your unit.  As soon as we can confirm that UPS has picked up your printer we will ship you a permanent replacement.  

 

Who pays shipping costs?

We will pay for the UPS pickup and to ship your replacement to you by UPS Ground.  If you wish to upgrade to Next Day Air you will be charged an additional $99.

 

What is the benefit over the standard warranty?

Normally you would ship your unit to us and we would repair the unit and then ship it back to you.  This process usually takes 10 to 20 business days.  For customers who can not afford to be without their duplicator that long the Rapid Replacement Program provides peace of mind that they’ll be up and running within days.
